Is this plug and play or do you have to flash it?

Love it - completely updated my Porsche boxster s and all the Porsche factory functions are still there too!

Works pretty good

Installation was about 1.5-2hrs so its not too bad. Unfortunately it doesn't work with Android auto as well with Carplay but I think that's an Android Auto issue and not the unit itself. Pretty happy with my results. Would buy again.
