Returns & refunds about Carlikeit

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the complexity of international shipping, please double-check the product information before placing your order. We will not accept unreasonable return and refund requests if they are not due to product quality issues.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@carlikeit.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the appropriate action.

Order Cancellation

If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment has been completed but the package has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order before it is dispatched, and we will issue a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at support@carlikeit.com.

Refunds

Please make sure you have a clear understanding of the shipping time and related product information. If you decide to return the item and it is not the seller’s fault, we will deduct a $20 restocking fee from the amount you paid.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@carlikeit.com.

✳For smooth customs clearance of Delivery UNIT, please note the following details. 

  • We would appreciate it if you shipped the goods by POST Office instead of other couriers.
  • The description of the goods should be "adapter".
  • The invoice value is expected to be 20 USD per piece.
