We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Important Notice

  • Free Returns for Quality Issues: If your return is due to a product quality issue (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Non-Quality Issue Returns: For returns unrelated to product quality, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please double-check product details before placing your order to avoid unnecessary returns.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@carlikeit.com to start the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  3. Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues quickly and provide the appropriate solution.


Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Cancel for a full refund.

  • Before Shipment: Cancel for a full refund if the package has not been dispatched.

  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.


Exchanges

Refunds

Refund Process:

  1. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@carlikeit.com.

Non-Quality Issue Refunds:

  • A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for non-quality-related returns.


Customs Clearance for Returns

To ensure smooth customs clearance when returning items:

  • Use your local Post Office for shipping instead of private couriers.

  • Label the goods as "adapter".

  • Set the invoice value at $20 USD per piece.
