Returns & refunds about Carlikeit

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Important Notice

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we kindly ask you to double-check all product details before placing your order. Return and refund requests unrelated to product quality issues will be subject to a restocking fee.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@carlikeit.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to address the issue promptly and find an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Orders can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
  • Before Shipment: If payment has been completed but the package has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been dispatched.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at support@carlikeit.com.

 

Refunds

If you return an item for reasons unrelated to product quality, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@carlikeit.com.

 

Customs Clearance for Returns

For smooth customs clearance, please follow these guidelines when returning items:

  • Use your local Post Office for shipping instead of other couriers.
  • Label the goods as "adapter."
  • The invoice value should be $20 USD per piece.
