We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Below is our return policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions during the return or refund process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, provided the returned product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
- "Unused" means the product has only been briefly inspected or tried, with no signs of wear or damage.
- "Undamaged" means the product has no significant damage, such as stains, tears, or missing parts. Minor wear from inspection (e.g., slight creases) may be acceptable.
If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of your order. However, if the returned product is damaged, contaminated, worn, or missing parts, and these issues were not declared in advance in the return request, we may deduct a product devaluation fee. The devaluation fee will depend on the extent of the damage or missing parts, typically ranging from 10% to 50% of the product’s value, depending on severity.
- "Contaminated" refers to the product being exposed to substances that affect its usability or appearance, such as strong odors or stains.
- "Worn" refers to signs of use beyond brief inspection, such as a cracked screen or worn edges.
Return Process
The return process is straightforward: please contact our customer service team at support@carlikeit.com with your order number and reason for return. Customer service will review the return request, inform you if you are eligible to return the product, and provide you with a return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, or if Carlikeit sent the wrong product or quantity (provided photos and descriptions are submitted in advance). If the return is approved after inspection, Carlikeit will reimburse return shipping costs, provided you use the shipping method specified by Carlikeit.
Once we have received the return and confirmed the product’s condition, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days, and no later than 15 calendar days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method—typically 3-5 business days for credit card refunds and 1-2 business days for debit card or PayPal refunds. We do not support refunds to other cards or bank accounts, and credit card deposits are not possible.
If you do not see the refund transaction within one week of receiving the refund confirmation email, please contact your bank first to check the transaction status. For further assistance, you can contact us at support@carlikeit.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
If you received an original, unopened, unused product and would like to exchange it for a different module or size, we recommend that you submit a return request and place a new order. Any shipping, handling, and tax fees paid will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, and you have provided photos and a description in advance in your return request.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, uninstalled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team at support@carlikeit.com, provide your order number, and state that you are exercising your EU cooling-off period rights. The return process will be the same as the standard return process, with no additional obstacles.
